Our story
At Red to Green Business Solutions, we’re more than just business partners—we’re sisters and lifelong best friends. Haydee and Jessica grew up in the beautiful mountain town of Cayey, Puerto Rico, as part of a family of 10 siblings. Although they were only 20 months apart, they were often called "Irish Twins. " Their bond has fueled our passion for helping others.
Our entrepreneurial spirit was inspired by our parents, who ran a successful restaurant in Puerto Rico. Watching them work tirelessly instilled in us the importance of ethics, hard work, and perseverance. Now, we’ve brought those same values into our business, combining our strengths to support small business owners in Texas and beyond.

Our history
With a rich family history rooted in entrepreneurship, we’ve always been driven to make a difference. Haydee holds a Master’s degree in Marketing. At the same time, Jessica brings expertise in Accounting with a Bachelor’s degree and multiple certifications, including online Notary, Notary for the State of Texas, and QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
In addition to co-founding Red to Green Business Solutions, Haydee is the CEO of Resilient Freight Solutions, an award-winning logistics management company recognized for its excellence in the industry.
Together, we founded Red to Green Business Solutions to help small business owners navigate challenges and unlock growth opportunities. By combining Haydee’s strategic vision with Jessica’s financial expertise, we provide services that address each client's unique needs.
